We do not knowingly collect any information from children and our products are not designed for use by or to attract any one under the age of 13.

We will keep your personal information securely in our control. We will use encryption techniques to protect the transmission and storage of information you submit to us. We do not receive you credit card number. All of our transactions are processed through a third party processing bank. We receive approval or decline information from the processing bank. We will take every precaution to protect your information, including administrative, technical, and physical measures. When you submit information to us your information is protected both online and offline. You are protected by a specialized processing system when you make a payment on our site. This system uses the (SSL) Secure Socket Layer technology. The security system complies with (PCI) Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. This security system is supported by all the major credit card associations including all the credit cards accepted by our company. Our processing system also uses (AVS) Address Verification Service and (CCV) Card Code Verification to provide a high level of protection to our clients. Your E-mails that you send may not be secure against third party interception. You can help us by using a secure web browser and changing you passwords often using both letters and numbers to secure them.

Our Website may contain links to or from other public or private organizations that are out of our control. When you follow or enter from one of those links you are no longer under our protection. You are no longer protected by our security controls.
Our web site is not set up to track, collect, or distribute personal information not entered directly by our visitors. Placing of orders:
Your order will be shipped within 3-6 working days after receiving your order with approved credit. We will e-mail you immediately if there is any delay for any reason including credit problems. Product is generally is stock and in many cases will be shipped sooner than above. If you wish to pay by check rather than credit card you may send your check to Gadgets Unlimited, Inc. 3714 Runge St. Franklin Park, IL 60131. Paying by check will delay shipment approximately 15 days. Please note that any returned unpaid check is subject to a $25.00 service charge. Checks returned for insufficient funds or uncollected funds together with any service fee may be debited electronically from your bank account.
To Place an order on line just complete the BILL TO, SHIP TO, and CREDIT CARD information. PLEASE NOTE: The Bill to information you submit on our order MUST Match the Bill to Information used on your credit card. This is done to protect your identity. Please complete the item number, description, and the number of units. Your total with shipping to USA destinations will appear on the form. The shopping cart will automatically add the appropriate sales tax for you shipping destination. PRINT the form and record the order number for reference. See the shipping section below for more details. All prices are quoted in USD.
Forms of Payment accepted:
We will accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept PAY PAL customer payments. You may pay by check or money order by sending them to the address above. Wholesale accounts please call 1-800-250-9545 for setting up a pre-approved account. You may also e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Gadgets Unlimited, Inc. will ship all CONSUMER DIRECT orders UPS GROUND or USPS within the continental United States. Shipments to all other areas will be billed at the appropriate freight rate for the selected carrier to that location. We will e-mail your shipping charges and ship upon your approval.
Please inspect your merchandise immediately. If there is damage due to shipping, we must be notified by e-mail within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise. Be sure to tell us exactly what the problem is. We will send authorization for return of the defective part and re-ship another to you free of charge. As a Reminder, you must have a return authorization attached to your return. All returns without authorization will be refused.
To check on a delivery, please e-mail us. We will advise as soon as we check your order. Please provide us with your Name, Address, and Order number so we can find your order.

If a refund is due, you will be refunded in the same method in which you paid for the merchandise. If a check refund is due, please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund. Refunds will be sent to the billing address on our order.
Our goal is to make sure you receive the best value on every order placed with us. You satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with our product simply e-mail us at INFO@LANDINGLOOP.COM within 30 days of your purchase and we will send you a return authorization to ship back your Landing Loop or other product.
Authorized returns must be received within 14 days after return authorization is issued. All merchandise must be in new condition and in the original packaging. All components must be included in the package. Just enter the return authorization number on the package and ship the product to us at Gadgets Unlimited, Inc. 3714 Runge St. Franklin Park, IL 60131. Do not send it to any other address. Upon receipt of the authorized return, we will refund the original purchase price of the product including taxes. Your refund will be in the same form as the original payment received from you. The return shipping charges must be prepaid by you. Any return shipped COD freight will be refused. Please allow up to 30 days or your next billing cycle for refund to appear on your credit card or Pay Pal account. Customer service is firstname.lastname@example.org.

Safety of our Customers:
THE FOLLOWING IS TO BE DONE BEFORE USING THE LANDING LOOP FOR DOCKING.
Please be sure to watch the instructional DVD included with your Landing Loop. The DVD is also available for viewing on the Web Site. It is the responsibility of the boat’s captain to view the instructional DVD and train his mates on the proper use of the Landing Loop before attempting to use it for docking. This includes practicing with the Landing Loop both on land and boat while the boat is still at the dock.
Before each docking situation, the captain must also review his docking procedure with his crew and make sure they understand their role and proper use of the Landing Loop.
It is important to remember that everyone involved in any docking experience with use of a Landing Loop is required to wear a US Coastguard approved Personal Floatation Device.
DO NOT use the Landing Loop as a boat hook or for any purpose other than extending a docking line onto a cleat, piling, or pole on a dock.
LIMITS OF LIABILITY:
Neither Seller, nor any of its agents or employees shall be held liable for any improper or incorrect use of its products or web site information and assumes no responsibility for anyone’s improper use of the Landing Loop or other products. In no event shall Seller, its agents, or its employees be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages however caused and on any theory of liability, whether in contract, strict liability, or tort(including negligence or otherwise) arising in any way out of the use of the web information, the Landing Loop, or other products. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury under any cause of action.
Seller warrants that goods ordered through this web site are merchantable, of good quality, and free from defects, whether patent or latent, in material or workmanship.
